Default what tires for M6 with Moser 4:10?

Hey guys with M6 and 12 bolt 4:10s, what tires and sizes are you running to hook up at the track?

My 315 nittos dont cut it anymore at the track. I bought some tube drag slicks to go along with 15" Weld Pro Stars, but Weld says not to use a tube tire.

I have seen a few of you mention E/T streets, but didnt see anyone that had the M6 and 4:10 combo.

Are you looking for something primarily for the street? Or is this for the track?

Some of the more sticky DR's for the street would be the Mickey Thompson DR's, or the BFG DR's.

As far as slicks for the track, E/T streets hook very well. Enough to lift my front end off the ground a couple inches.

My bro's SS runs ET drag radials w/4.10's, M6 and he pops baby wheelies, then drives home. Go w/the ET drag, you will not be disappointed.

Oh yea they are 255/50/16. We bought some cheap stock 16" wheels and mount the radials on for the track. Then we swap on our 315 ZR1's when we get back home to get the best of both worlds.

Yes, they will only be for the track. I bought the Weld Prostars for track only. Now, just to clear things up, the E/T street tire comes 3 different ways.

1)E/T street radial drag tire
2)E/T Street Drag Tire(tube)
3)E/T drag slick.(tube)

I assume you guys are talking about the E/T radial drag tire. If so, what size on a 15"x10" Prostar. I want to get one of those baby wheelies I assume they are better than a 315 Nitto.

I guess Im gonna have to ship those Hoosier drag slicks and tubes back to Jegs...damn shipping costs!

I was talking about the ET street radial drag tire, but if these are soely for racing and you have no intentions of riding on the street, then go for the slick.

28 X 10.5 S is what you want.

You need a stiff sidewall since you are an M6. MT does not make a Stiff sidewall in a 27 , so go with a 28inch.

Got ya. So do you think it is ok to run a tubed slick on a Weld wheel even though they say not too?
