255x50x16 vs 245x50x16 tire?

Default 255x50x16 vs 245x50x16 tire?
What is going to be the difference in using the 255 instead of the stock tire 245 size on the camaro? Does that make is a taller tire and how can I figure how much taller if so? There is limited clearance on the front when you make sharp turns with the 245 how will the 255's work?

you wont even notice a difference

10mm width and 10mm total height

I'm running 255/50 16s all around on my Z28, NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER!!
