what size studs and spacers do i need for the 15x3.5 with 1.75 back spacing to fit on my 01 z28

5/16" spacer
&
will the longer gm studs that Lingenfelter sells work up front with welds?

With WELD wheels and a 5/16 spacer, you'll definitely need 3.25" long studs. These can be bought from Summit or Jegs (ARP brand).
