Default advice on launching ET streets?

I just bought some used et streets never had any experience with these and I have few questions. What tire pressure should I run them at the track?
Should they be heated up,if so how long? what rpm should I rev it up to launch at?And should I dump the clutch or slip it? My car has a stock M6,Spec stage 3 clutch,Extreme duty driveshaft, and moser 9 inch. Rest of my mods are in the sig.

you want the highest pressure you can get away with. For us we started at 16psi and lowered it until the 60' or contact patch didn't improve anymore. Running 13psi right now on 28x10.50 ET drags
