2000 Z28, What offset + tire size for a 17x9? Is 35mm ok?

2000 Z28, What offset + tire size for a 17x9? Is 35mm ok? Found a set of rims I like, they're 17x9, universal for 5x120 and 5x114.3 bolt pattern and 35mm backspacing.

Will that look right? I want them to fill the wheel wells as good as/if not better than stock.
And what's the biggest size tires I can get on them?
I'm also trying to figure out, is there any way to tell just from that info if they have a slight deep dish look to them? The pic on the site looks it but it says "appearance may vary by application".
Help me out guys...it sucks *** finding rims for our cars and I think I really like these.
