Go to whatever tire brand you are looking at's website and click on size/specs and it will tell of approved wheels specs. I say this because some tires are different then others for example nitto says yes bfg says no

if you look at the sticky, its a bad idea...biggest they recommend for a 9.5 is a 285mm width tire...sure u can probably squeeze it on there, but it won't be as safe as if u just stuck with a regular 275 or 285...
