Black chrome lugs and locks

Black chrome lugs and locks I found a set of 4 McGard black chrome lugs (part # 64015) for $13.99 and 4 McGard black chrome wheel locks (24026) for $19.99. Is this a good deal? I searched and found a few threads but they were for either chrome lugs only or were several years old
They are all "Conical Seat, Bulge, 12mm x 1.50 RH, Closed End, Black Chrome Steel" and they are all 19mm so it'll match the standard lug sizes but will those work? Just ordered O.E. concept ZR1s from tomzwheels but I want black lugs to match the wheels
And no it is not a sponsor so I won't mention them
