Clearcoat Flaking Off

i might be getting black c6 z06 rims for my black trans am (if any pics post them up) and the person said some of the clearcoat was coming off. how do you fix it and how much would it cost. also they are 19x10's

Your going to have to repaint and re clear them. Material should run under $100 but then you have the labor if your not doing it yourself. That is going to depend on who does the repairs.
