So far, all we’ve really heard from the new 6th generation Camaro is the sound from the new V6. When Chevy debuted the Camaro at Belle Isle a few weeks ago, the only drivable cars were the V6 motor iterations, leaving many of us V8 enthusiasts wondering why Chevy would debut that car with the V6? They should know already that most of us will get the V8, and it’s the V8 that will sound the nastiest.

Thankfully, we know that Chevy will have the new LT1 V8 in the car. But we really don’t know what it sounds like. Until now. While, the LS3 will be missed, and the LS7 may not find its way back into the 6th generations engine compartment, the LT1 is an absolute beast of a motor, and thanks to a small clip below, we now know what it will sound like.

For those decrying that this is a fake video due to the single outlet dual exhausts, you have to pay extra for the quad exhausts that come with the dual-mode performance exhaust. Although, just stock, no fancy baffles, this thing sounds beastly. Definitely sounds better than the new Mustang.
