Cadillac NAIAS Detroit Auto Show Display

Cadillac is going crossover crazy this auto show season, showcasing all-new XT6, but it hasn’t forgotten it’s high-performance heritage.

A new, immersive Cadillac display debuts this week at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. Headlined by the all-new 2020 Cadillac XT6, the display showcases the complete family of Cadillac crossovers, including the hot-selling XT4, global best-selling XT5 and the iconic Escalade. The all-new XT6 offers a luxurious, adaptable and connected cabin featuring room for up to seven passengers, and a comprehensive suite of standard safety technologies.

In addition to the Cadillac lineup, the new display showcases a high-energy celebration of Cadillac’s role in music culture, in addition to motorsports and historical displays that form connections to today’s range of sports sedans, SUVs and crossovers.

Along with showcasing the new XT6 and Cadillac’s complete crossover and SUV lineup, the display features the advanced CT6 sedan, which offers Super Cruise hands-free driving assistance; the high-performance ATS-V and CTS-V models and more.

Motorsports

The IMSA-championship Cadillac DPi-V.R race car is the centerpiece of a motorsports display that demonstrates how Cadillac’s winning racing heritage inspires the V-Series road vehicles and the brand’s commitment to engaging performance. Cadillac was the IMSA Manufacturer Champion in 2017 and 2018, and the 2019 V-Series models extend the brand’s high-performance legacy.

Design Heritage

Cadillac’s 117-year history as a design and technology innovator is exemplified by the classic 1959 Biarritz convertible, which offered features such as air-adjustable suspension and certain power accessories long before they were commonplace. It was also the pinnacle year for tailfins, and a supporting display traces their history along with a timeline of Cadillac’s iconic crest emblem.

Multimedia

A state-of-the-art multimedia display incorporating LED displays and lighting, as well as Cadillac-inspired artwork and music, conveys Cadillac’s product stories. A DJ will spin every day during the show, for a fun and interactive visitor experience. A second-floor lounge will offer refreshments for Cadillac owners.

The North American International Auto Show is open to the public Jan. 19-27.
