Have a Four- or Six-Cylinder 2016 Camaro? Borla Has an Exhaust System for It

The 2016 Camaro SS might have a great voice all by itself, but its I4 and V6 cousins have something to say, too. Borla is ready to make their exhausts louder and prouder.

It’s designed and built 2.25-inch diameter exhaust systems out of T-304 stainless steel for the turbo-four and six-banger 2016 Camaros right here in the good ol’ US of A. It doesn’t matter if you have one with or without the factory Dual Mode (NPP) exhaust valve function – Borla has an exhaust enhancement for it.

Cars with the Dual Mode setup can be outfitted with Borla’s S-Type or more vocal ATAK mufflers and still use the Dual Mode button. The only difference is that when you push it, the sound you’ll hear coming out of the back will be louder and throatier. The S-Type and ATAK mufflers are also available on non-NPP Camaros.

Borla offers a variety of down and mid pipe options as well. If you have a 2.0-liter turbo four under your hood, you can have a Touring Mid Pipe installed. According to Borla, “This resonator can be fitted upstream of the mufflers to attenuate the sound and provide drivers with a milder output from either muffler option.” If you intend to compete in races with your four-cylinder 2016 Camaro, you can give it a Performance Down Pipe.

Whether there are four or six cylinders in your engine bay, you can opt for Borla’s Performance Mid Pipe to make the horses in those cylinders sound a little livelier.
