Reiter Engineering’s Camaro GT3 is a Beast!
I don’t know if you all have been following my exploits over the past year, but I’ve become a bit of a Chevy fanatic in respects to loving the new Camaro. It’s loud, brash, and has more horsepower than God. And the heavenly Z/28 is the song within my soul. I just can’t stop gushing about it. I need one badly.
However, since the new Camaro is set to drop within the next few months, Chevy has idled it’s racecar program and sidelined the Z/28.R racers for the moment which has left a void in the heart of many loyal fans. Thankfully, Reiter Engineering has a solution.
This is Reiter’s Camaro GT3 racer. It has 650hp and 600lb-ft of torque, a sequential manual transmission, gutted interior and a massive rear wing! In other words, it is frickin awesome.
The noise is dirty and I love it. While it’s not the Z/28.R racers I saw at Road America this year, until Chevy debut’s the next Camaro racer, this will definitely tie me over. Now I just need to figure out how to get a ride in one!
