Default Broke the 10 second barrier

Finally made it into the 10s last Satuday (Oct 27, 2012). DA was 491 ft. at Kansas International Dragway in Wichita, Kansas. I had been stuck in the low 11s for a long time.

That car is running hard in the 1/8th! Seems like the back end charge in the 1/4 is laying down a bit. Are you running out of gear?

Sorry, no video. I feel the 60' ain't bad for an old slow guy like me. I'm also running 17" M/T street drag radials. If I want to get a better 60', I should run 15" Hoosiers.

As for falling off on the big end, you are absolutely right. I melted a couple spark plugs and killed one cylinder towards the end of the pass. I'll be pulling the heads off this weekend.

Oh yeah. You had posted pictures of your plugs in the Nitrous section if I remember correctly. She was on a 10.70 pass if that would not have happened.

This was the price I paid for a 10 second time slip.
