Need help 10 sec guys

Had a disappointing stab @ the 10 sec club Friday night. My previous best time was 11.33 @ 122 mph 1.63 60 ft. This was with a small camed 408 ,afr 205's,fast 90/90, power glide/3800 PTAC stall & a 12 bolt with 4,11 gears.

I upgraded this past summer to the new afr 230 V2's,ported fast 92 intake,TSP 100 mm maf, fast toys 104 mm lid ,big Geoff Skinner custom cam and brand new 3.90 gears.

Made 2 passes Friday night in 60 degree Louisiana air - 11.37 @ 122.8 1.66 60 ft. Car was a dog off the line other 60 ft. time was 1.70. i was hoping for 10.50 - 10.80

Your thoughts please...

Cam specs? Is that 413 HP your new dyno numbers? If so, that is a really low # for sure. What is your exhaust setup?

What suspension do you have? You need to get that 60' in the 1.4's to low 1.5's. How much does your car weigh with you in it?

Car is about 3750 with me in it... (fat A**)

Car dyno'd around 480 trough a very conservative dyno, Running Kooks LT 17/8-2in step

Wow. I did not notice the powerglide mention in the opening post.. 4000 lbs, glide and a pretty low 3600 converter is a recipe for a slow time ticket. At your power level a 3 speed and a 4k + stall would pick up tremendously.

I knew the stall was killing it a bit but the when he said glide was like yup!!

I would like to get some more weight off the car as well but its too nice of a car to remove the A/C ect.
