Help me out please!
Help me out please! I ran a 10 second time last year and would like to be part of the 10 second club.The problem is Im computer stupid.I have a scanner and tried to scan a time slip and send it to you guys but I have no clue about what Im doing. How do I do this? I know you need to see something and just cant take my word or else everyone would be running 10's.Can anybody help? I think I know how to e-mail it to somebody from my scanner so If I could get a address maybe that would work for proof of the run.

Also, if you scan it to your computer adding an attachment is easy. When you write a new message there's a button below under "Additional Options" that says Manage Attachments. Click on that, browse for the file and click upload. The file needs to be smaller than 100kb for it to work.
