What's your suspension setup?
I'm looking to cut consistent 1.5's on drag radials and don't want to run rod end links.
qal's it will be, with a spohn torque arm set at -3 or -4 degrees. Wonder if I can just get away with the fronts for now. I'm adding some BMR springs to get the ride height down cause my car looks like a 4 x4 especially with the 18's on it. I don't see how a panhard bar will affect my 60', its only used to center the rear end, but I guess I'll add one. I will add some subframes to stiffen the frame. Hopefully this will get my 60's down where they should be. (I want consistent low 1.5's)
Yea I plan on getting some 275/50/15 M/T drag radials with some nice Bogart wheels. Worse case scenario I get them in 17" and run them on my stock SS wheels.
Power is no fun if you can't hook it.
Daily Driving on my BFG's is fun though. Love when it kicks into second and how I can just lay into it and it just sticks.
Guess I'm looking at approx 1500 bucks for the suspension plus the wheels and tires.

you IMO are over thinking this. you dont need all this fancy **** if all you want is 1.5 60' on radials. you NEED a good tire, lca, and relocation brakets. that WILL get you the traction. everything else is just a bonus. i went 1.4-1.5 on stock tq arm so many times its sick. put a god damn tire on it!
the LT1 car has a bit more involved but i am hoping for low 1.4 60' on the radials with that one and 1.3 60' on a slick. shouldnt be a problem.

I have to start planning ahead cause I know the 10 bolt will go once I finally do start hooking and I want to change it before it goes.
I used to have all of that BMR crap and it made me spin everywhere too. So I took off the relocation brackets and Tubular LCA's. I replaced the LCA's with stock 1LE LCA's. Up front I have QA-1's but I still have DeCarbon shocks in the rear though. I cut consistent 1.6-1.7's. I have a Spohn TQ arm with my pinion angle set at -1 though. I tried to set it lower but it made the car ride like crap so I set it back to -1.
