Will 383 & H/C make 10s NA?
Will 383 & H/C make 10s NA? I have a A4 that I would like to be able to do late 10s NA and I don't want to change my block so for bigger cubes I was thinking about a 383 stroker kit and some H/C package which heads and cam I dont know yet?A
nw90/90,1 1 7/8s headers,3.73s and 3500-4000 stall plus SFCs,LCAs,PHR,TQ arm and some weight reduction stuff Drive shaft,bucket seats,k member,a arms bttery relocation to the rear and perhaps lighter hood and of course DRs and tune.With these mods wich I have half of now do I have a chance of getting there?

considering there are some people that are cam only running 10's yes it is very possible but the heads and cam you chose is what will determine your power and as stated before i would also get some slicks
Yeah, I've seen some stock bottom end cars going 10s N/A mostly LS1 stuff..There are few LT1s also...James Eddy is the LT1 I can think of (big Joe O. cam and stock sized valves..)
GMHTP did a story on a few a few issues ago, I think...There was a white TA with LG cam/heads was in the high 10s, I think, don't have mag in front of me...I'm shooting for 10s n/a also...I think I'm pretty close now, but we'll see how close when the weather cools a little...
