Default ASA cam and 150 shot good for 10's??

2000 a4 TA 3600 vig stall, 150 single dry shot, ASA cam, longtubes, ory, lid/filter, 10.5 et streets.. before the cam I was pulling 1.6-1.7 60ft all day.
Think this combo can get me into the 10's. before cam and headers and on a 50 shot I ran a 11.90..

Thats what Im hoping for too, best of luck. I would say you should be in the 10.80 range if you can keep the 60fts down in the 1.5-1.7 range.

Found this in a old post
Push the nitrous shut off up to the shift point. You are losing alot of time if you are shifting at 6500 or 6600 and the nitrous is cutting out at 6k. Also, dont forget the weather difference. Good times if ya ask me. I went a best of 10.82@132 on a TNT 100 shot with a GM ASA cam and bolt ons. BTW, its not the 112 LSA, My ASA sits on a 110. Your sixty still needs some work. 1.7s on nitrous isnt too impressive. Should be mid 1.6s if not lower even on pretty much stock suspension.

i went 10.98 @ 124mph on a 150 shot, with the 4l60e having the nitrous shut off right before it shifts (like 100rpms). NO CAM. i think that was a 1.55 60' you can definetly do it but it will take a low 1.6 or better and you have to have minimal time shutoff during shifts. you will risk taking out the trans though-

th400 no cam high 1.5x i went 10.71 @ 125mph. having it de-activate during the shifts makes a BIG difference, don't let anybody tell you differently.

Im planning on spraying all the way down the track, but i've got a TH350 so it can be done but with a shittyE you will definitely need to let out before it shifts or i hope your planning on rebuilding it soon .

Can you, or someone explain this to me

The nitrous is set up off a rpm switch(MSD)to shut off at say, 6700 and your shift point is 6800. Is that how i'm seeing this.
