Default Full weight 10.99 .. NA

It was a little hot and muggy down here in NC but I managed to pull off a 10.991 1/4 w/ a 1.52 60' with this heavy car I got. I had a best 60' of 1.501.

NO weight reduction other than the spare and the jack. I have the added weight of a Dana 60, full UMI susp., iron block and a Spohn drag bar. I did run on Bogarts and 325/50/15's and skinny's up front though.

Thanks to Wiggins Racing for a 20 mpg hwy., A4, full weight, all motor 10 second street car .. in NC heat

Thanks for the tips NOSJNKY!!!

Thanks!!

The only goal I have yet to meet was a 1.4X 60' .. got damn close though. I'm gonna' try for some better times once it cools off a bit. I plan on moving some weight and getting a decent set of shocks and some springs for the front. I'd like to see a 10.7X before I start taking weight off.

3:73's .. I know they're holding me back a little with those tires (W/O N20) but, they were enought to get me in the 10's. Next outing, I'm gonna' try my 17" TTII rims with the 315 MT's and see how that does. The last time out with those tires/rims, I had way too little air pressure I think. Since I don't have the $$ for the shocks and springs yet, I guess it's worth a try

Keep us posted I would love to see how it likes the smaller tire height.

Congrats on the run it should really get down with more gear.

Some 275/50/15's would definately help .. but we'll just have to see how well the short sidewall's do. I'll post up the results

Coastal Plains .. in Jacksonville.

I know LTs and LSs are different animals but when I ran the 275 50 R15s I had a hard time hooking consistently with 3.73s...I stepped up to 4.10s and the 275 60 R15 M/Ts and dead hooked everytime...The shorter sidewall may hurt you a little...Your mph gives me hope that theres a 10.99 in my junk somewhere...If I can get into the 1.4anythings I think its doable...Good luck with your stuff...

Oh yeah ... you have 10's in her. Look toward your shift points for some. Your 60' has room for improvement too. You got 10's in her Bro'

Thanks! Yeah I've changed shift points several times and think I have them optimized...And I have a Spohn Pro series rear sway bar now...I also upped the converter stall from 3600 to 4000...The car was scaled and the suspension was tuned and then I broke a wheel...When I finally get the Greg Weld rears in and on Ill hit the track again in the fall...Theres 1.4X 60's in there somewhere and then the elusive 10.99 pass...
