No Surcharges. Under Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express regulations and the laws of several states, including California, merchants may not charge a fee to the buyer for accepting credit card payments (often called a "surcharge"). WTF are you talking about. I have not charged anyone a surcharge. Quit spamming peoples threads.
There is your surcharge sir. I suggest that you take it as a constructive guide to adhere to instead of just insulting me. I could have asked for your paypal address and reported you and then you could have sorted it out with paypal while they froze your funds.

I have not ever charged anyone a paypal fee. it just states that they are not included in my price.Some people have it stated for the 3% fee in there listing. Not that I am charging them a fee. So if you do not want to buy anything in this thread than do not post in it. I believe you have already been told that in another thread.
