11's first time out
When I rebuilt mine I just had Sixspeedinc do a level 2. Which is suppose to be good to 700rwhp. I had a buddy that had a faceplated t56 and it banged gears like a champ at the track but it wasn't very street friendly at all.
I probably only have 1500 miles on it this entire season, 200+ of those are going to/from the strip. Thinking this is a street car is making me make compromises (trutrac vs spool, medium cam vs big cam etc), I'm done with all that noise. 
What was the DA?
I'd rather overtire the car than undertire it, plus I plan on either a big h/c setup or a stroker if the motor lets go. If I go with a 26" I won't have enough gear on the big end. But you are right it's too much tire, leaving on the limiter it was bogging
Thinking I'll tighten up the front a bit (was pulling them) and put a couple psi back in there. Perhaps bump up the limiter to 6800 judging by where you make your power.
I'm going back this weekend with some changes, wanna go 11.4x or break it trying.
