Default Help getting at 10.99

2002 NBM 1le z28 a4
hardtop 22k+ miles

Here are the current mods.

Yank 4000 RPM stall converter
trans cooler
HD2 shift kit
233/236 custom cam
upgrade springs/ pushrods
aftermarket oil pump
custom dyno tune (429hp MD Dyno)
Hooker long tube headers
Underdrive crank pulley
egr/air delete
MSD wires
Becool Radiator 160 stat
Intake lid with K&N air filter
Lanes true dual 3in exhaust with twister mufflers
Dr. Gas X pipe
Auburn locking rear end with 4:10 Richmond gears T/A cover
QA1R front coil over 275# springs
removed front sway bar
Pa racing turbo k-member
QA1 rear shocks
Drag bags in rear springs (never air em up/use em)
MWC front and rear bumper supports
removed rear seat and belts
Subframe connectors
weld rt-s 15/10 with 275/50-15 Hoosier drag radials rear
weld rt-s 17/4.5 with m&h radials up front

anything not listed is how it came from the factory

3400# race weight

best time so far

this april with mt drag radials

da 144ft 54deg

1.53 60ft
7.07 1/8th
96.19 mph
11.10 et
120.45 mph

tires set at 20 psi.



latest time last week in the heat with new hoosier drag radials.

da 1479ft 70deg


1.52 60ft
7.10 1/8th
95.32 mph
11.16 et
119.63 mph

tires set at 16 psi.



wanting to go 10.99

any tips? or free mods?

I think once is cools off I can get my slip

want interior stock appearing, gotta have my stereo and a/c. anything else can go.

Mine went 10.9 with same mods in sig except it had a ss3600 then. You should have it in better DA. A good CAI might get you there in the same DA.

we have almost the same set up. best time was a 11.2 with my seventeen old son driving for the first time. I would like to get the car to 10.99.

Try putting some air into ur drag bags.. it says u never use them?? or take ur exhaust off lol more hp with open headers an less weight lol

What psi do i put in the rear air bags?

also what shocks setting do you guys use?

I have the fronts at full loose, and the rears 6 clicks from full loose.

def helped 60 ft going from 10 to 6 clicks in the rears.

I run 18 to 25 psi in my air bags but my car is a 6 speed an do 2500k clutch dumps off the line tho.. so bags help my 60's to 2.2~2.0 down to 1.5~1.8's.. but being a auto u might want the rear a lil soft for weight transfer.. idk just need to play with them. But ur so close 10.99 it could just take some good cool air an a lucky day fo get there.. lol good luck my friend
