I can see a 10.9 easily with a better 60ft..... not sure what shocks you are running and if you not use using a stiff wall slick I would highly recommend you buying a set.

Running Hoosier QTPs and Viking DA coilovers
Gonna play with instant center and shock settings to find that sweet spot of how hard those tires wanna be hit...also not 100% sure if this is the norm, but I found 15-16 psi to work best on these QTPs
Agree, combination of better 60ft and better air will lock in a 10.9...it's a work in progress
