Default 11.60's here

11.60s in my full weight 2002 NBM WS6, bought this car from Jayson at MTI it was his fiance's car Lid and corsa catback when i bought it, drove it to TN from TX within a month the car sported MTI's C2 Hammer Cam and Jet Hot longtubes w/orp with stock tbody and stock pulley it made 396 rwhp ran at the local 1/8 mile a few times like this with a slippin clutch with no success, KP on the board decided to put his 00 SS back stock so i bought his Moser 12 bolt w/390 gears eaton posi TA cover 33 spline axles and a Spec 3 xpad clutch with mcleod master, that got me down in the 7's in the 1/8, keep in mine we have about the crappiest tracks around here and i still ran with spare tire in back, this was on bald 26 10.5 16 et streets on firebird wheels with stock wheels up front, picked up a used set of TEA S2 5.3L heads from 10SECONDZ on the board had him send them to tea for refresh and mill of .015 added those and made 420rwhp 395rwtq with a base tune from KP, this was still on the stock tbody but added a ASP underdrive pulley when i did the head swap, ran the car like this in Steele AL in January i believe, it went on the first pass 12.001 that was enough to **** me off made a few more 12 sec passes then bam i decided to launch like a man on my 16" et streets cut a 1.73 60ft 7.47 at 95mph in the 1/8 11.608 at 117.5 in the 1/4(think i let off for some reason 1/4mph looks low for the 1/8mile mph) either way that was my 11's.
couple months later i added a shaner S3 tbody and cutout to my setup, and decided to step up to a larger FMS F13 cam 230 230 595 585 113+2 and swap out my jet hot ORP for a much better flowing Mufflex ORP, took it down to ATL for a tune from Mike at GMMG and it made 440rwhp 402rwtq throught my 12 bolt and on my new 18x9.5 Z06 wheels, full belts full filters, shortbelt did 448rwhp 405rwtq, took it to Bowling green(April 3rd) like this warmer weather than it was in steele finally took my spare tire out at this point as i ran with it in at Steele with the 11.608 pass, I also lowered my car with hotchkis lowering springs bilsteins up front and stock shocks in back and ran this time with my heavy *** 18"s up front, either way cut a 1.71 60ft and ran a 11.629 at 119.5mph and backed it up later on that night with another 11.629 this time on a 1.68 60ft at 119.36mph, One pass that night i cut a new best 1/8 mile et and mph(7.449 @95.54mph) and missed 4th gear damn me but i think it would have been 11.50s at 120
my suspension consists of Hotckis SFC's and Lowering springs Bilstein front shocks, Random Tech Adjustable TQ arm, BMR poly poly LCA's and the rest is all stock, i plan on gettin a adjustable panhard rod soon as well as a Chromoly Driveshaft as im gettin worried the stocker is gonna **** on me, i also plan on buying a super sucker ram air setup as well, I ordered a Set of Bogart Bolted RT's 15x10 15x4 so with 26x10x15 Et drags i should be able to cut a much better 60ft than with my 16" et streets and be much lighter than with 18" chrome up front, actually i just received my rear bogarts in the mail today and damn they look pimp, next time out at the 1/4 mile i look to see 11.30's-11.40s at 120-121mph on motor, i also bought a NX MAF kit for my car and have not yet installed it but put my walbro 340lph pump in so the cars fuel system is ready for the wet kit, that should easily put me in the 10s with a 75 shot in decent weather if everything holds up so look for me to post in the 10 second club before too long guys, i recently put a SLP dual dual catback with cutout on my car so its very stealthy now as well. I have a vid of my 11.629 at 119.36 at BG against KP he ran 11.000 at 124ish i think ill attach a link to that and my most recent dyno chart, sorry for such a long post guys ill be looking for my user status to be changed

heres a link to the vid hope it works for you guys

I have a very similar suspension set up and similar power. Do you honestly feel you could gain a lot of 60' without going to more of a drag style suspension? Just curious.

BTW, it looks like the car is running great for the way its setup.

i just changed tires and took maybe 80lbs or weight out of it, pulled the sway bar and that netted me one full tenth in the 60ft from where i was last year at this local track ran a 7.34 at 96mph.......putting my Richmond 433's in soon and we'll see if i can run some 11.10s-11.20s at 122 like that
changes since then....

I bet your car is going to love the 4.30s. I have always been told I won't be able to 60' well with the 3.73s in the rear but I am going to see what type of 60's I can get with a "true" road race set up. ie BMR sways, jamex springs, bilstien shocks etc.
