what do you have in yours b/c i find it hard to believe that you beat a 03/04 cobra on motor unless you have a sick set up or maybe hes a shitty driver

 

cobras arent all they are talked up to be, just hole shot him and its over. hell i beat quite a few from a role, cam only

A cam and full boltons with good tune can get an LS1 to beat up a Cobra.

its not hard really. they run high 12s with tbe DRIVER MOD, a mod in which few people can acquire.

is your car tuned?
And i would definately say to get a stall, at least a 3600 stall. also, do 3.73s in that moser 12 bolt. that ought to do it. if you really want to make him cry, throw a 125 WET shot on there.

Depends on the Cobra I suppose doesn't it.

Bottom 11's is a piece of cake in a LS1.

- 3500 stall converter
- MT ET DR's
- 150 shot of nitrous
- tune

I've gone 11.50's in my LS1 with a 150 shot, a catback, a lid, and free
mods...on street radials.

So what do you do when that person adds mods (which they will when they lose) and whoops you back? Its a never ending battle that didn't have to start in the first place.

dont matter what u do, he will find something else to add to make it quicker. so stick in some juice and et drag radials. that will get him.

 

i think with full bolt ons and a 100-150 shot with traction you should be frpm 450-500rwhp and imo thats enough to take out a 500-550rwhp cobra

 

The real only reason I want to show him up is because daddy bought this guys car who is not a friend by the way and daddy buys all the mods and then he talks crap when I work hard for my money and that just ticks me off. But I am considering either the a STS or just a 100-150 shot I am just scared of the NOS because I have no experience with it and do not want to hurt the car since it is a DD

 

you can make n2o very reliable with the boxes and an computer on it. It will be a lot of fun. The only thing is that you have to refill the bottle. That sux but that is about it. I want a boosted and nitrous motor.

I would keep it cheap and use a 150 shot. God forbid you get an STS and he were to beat you ( maybe he has added a few mods too ), you would never hear the end of it. Cheap and easy 150 shot. Good luck.
