Will this get me there or close?

Last year i went 13.4 at 105 with just lid,bellow,magnaflow cat back on street tires.this year i have longtubes,tune and mt et streets.if not what will it take i got a converter but it had a little water in it.

You should be good for 12.80's as for the converter have it flushed out @ a tranny shop.
