Finaly in the 12s
Finaly in the 12s Been working on getting in the 12s all summer since I started modding the car. I ran it back in June/July mostly stock and did a best of 13.03 at VMP, since then I have been working on budget to mod the car and make it into the 12s. So tonight the local club had a grudge meet at Richmond Dragway and we all had a good time. The mods are in the sig below, but my best mod so far was getting FROST to dyno tune my car. Big thanks to him and his time on short notice to get me ready. Here are my times:
60 - 1.95(stock stall, but as sig says, vig 3600 ready to go in)
1/8 ET - 8.21
1/8 MPH - 87.74
1/4 ET - 12.74
1/4 MPH - 109.04
That was my best run, but out of the 5 total runs, I was running a constant 12.8+/-. The club is planning to do another grudge run in Oct, so the next plan is to get the stall in and go see Frost again. Now Im looking for 12.2s in the future, and then 11s will just be around the bend.
