car has some weight reduction but in the end its a pig with me in it "340lb" driver with only about a 100lbs taken out of the car.
i bought the trans and converter from a friend for $600 or i would have went straight to a th400 which was the plan to begin with but a deal like that i had to jump on it.
my 3-4 is starting to have troubles so trans is coming out to go back to the trans shop in the next couple weeks which is going to cost me nothing but the time from pulling the trans out. trans is still under warranty. my converter has a free restall still and is going out to be bumped to a 4k.
going to do a sux2bu style ram air on the car and get a good tune. also switching to some strange s/a's on the rear. car is a very slow process as i have 3 kids,wife and a very expensive dog monthly to take care of and only one income lmao!..
happy with the car so far and these runs were on june 10th at cordova dragway. DA was stupid high that day as well. last i had seen from someones phone at the track it was 2988. hopefully theres enough in it after converter change,shock change,sux2bu style ram air, and decent air, and a new tune to meet my goal. hope your not board to death from reading yet....
