Same car, less mods with her. Can our titles be changed?

FTRA, Holley Filter, DirectFlo Lid, Ported TB, Bumpstop mod, TB Bypass, Hooker LTs & ORY, Hooker Catback, Vig3200, ET Streets (26x10.5x16), HPP3 (less programming), 94 octane (mixed 91/100 octane) removed front sway bar
This was at LACR with a DA of 1800' on Nov 2002
Her 12.44 run
FTRA, TS&P Lid, Ported TB, Bumpstop mod, TB Bypass, Hooker LTs & ORY, Vig3200, ET Streets (26x10.5x15), Convo Pros all around
This was at Pomona Raceway with a DA of 2000' May 2004
