What 60'? What gear ratio? 2.73 or 3.23?Converter and sticky tires are a given for making an auto quick, start there. You might also need a couple simple bolt ons. Lid, CAI, ported throttle body........ What was the weather like? Your MPH is a little low.

How tight of a budget? If you are ~0.7 away you may not be able to make it without spending a little bit of money.

In short, try Nittos, ~3500 stall converter, and a lid. (converter will not be cheap to do properly, could easiler be $1k, depending on who installs it and what brand you get, etc)

Edit: i just realized you list ported and polished MAF? Who did the MAF? The only thing I know about messing with the MAF is that it can mess things up and for the most part it should be left alone.
