Friday night I took my 02' Z-28 to the track too see what she would do. The weather was nice and
cold not to mention that the track was hooking good as well. My first pass was a
12.2 @
109.5mph with a
1.67 60 ft. I was curious too she what the car weighed so I tipped the scales. With me in the car {6'5- 170pounds} and over 3/4 of a tank it weighed 3500 with full interior. So i felt pretty good about that, I let
OldBlue cool down for a while and made a second pass. I was fortunate enough too get behind a 8sec. race car and got some really good rubber. So for the second pass the car went
12.00 @
110.8mph with the
1.61 60ft.
.... My current mods are {TCI 3500, QTP 1 3/4 LT's, Borla, ASP pulley, Lid, and a vacum modulator for the tranny} The tires I used were M/t new et street radials 255/50/16....
