I would say without a high stall converter and/or a lot of weight reduction that you probably won't be. The slowest trap speed I've ever seen a Camaro run at 12 at is 102 mph and it took a big stall converter to 60 ft well enough to do it. Perhaps if the time in your sig was run at a high DA (hence low trap speed) and your next run is on an extremely low (negative) DA then it's possible. I don't think the mods you listed alone will get you 6 mph of trap speed. Good luck to you, though! I hope you can do it.
