Just Passing Through
Took my stock weight 1986 Camaro Coupe to HubCity Dragway 4-29-05 for a test and tune session. The car went a best of 12.270 @ 110.611, 1.70 60' time.
We had some bad, humid, hot air and a crosswind of about 15mph.
The combo that I am now running is a carbureted, iron headed LT1 (625cfm Road Demon, 1995 Caddilac LT1, balanced rotating assembly), Crane Cam and Springs, Mallory HEI distributor, TH350 trans with a TCI 3800 stall convertor, a stock 7.5" rear with a Auburn Pro Series differential with a 4.10 gear, a 28 x 9 MT drag slick at 15psi. OH, and STOCK SUSPENSION.
Keeping it simple where I can enjoy racing again, and not trying to enjoy making my brother the best mechanic that I know.
