Default Finally hit the 12's

This was about a month ago, but I've been gone since so I haven't been able to post. My car stock with the 3.23's ran a 13.6 @ 103. After adding all the mods in my sig, I ran a 13.2 @ 107. The next time out at the track, I ran a 13.1 @ 106. The next time out I ran a 13.0 @ 107. I didn't change anything, just played around with my launches. I got my best times by flashing the car instead of stalling it up to 1500ish. I pulled consistent 2.1-2.0 60's. Went to a different track that tends to run a little faster and was pulling 13.0's all day @ 107-108. This was with horrible traction on the launches. I tried letting some air out of the tires and still ran 13.0's. My last pass of the day, I red-lighted and pulled a 12.98 @107.7 with a 1.9 60'. This was bracket racing, so I didn't have the luxury of playing around too much that day. The car still spun a little, but not as bad and managed a 12 at last. Temp was in the 80's. With some DR's, 12.7-12.8 would have been achievable. So it didn't take me too much to get there, mainly just working on my driving. Stock tranny, stock converter. Now I am looking into swapping in a M6 or going with a 3500 stall. Leaning towards the M6 though . Headers were the biggest and most noticeable gain obviously. Hope this helps.
