Default 12.97....yeaa

Took advantage of the frigid air tonite at atco and snuck in a 12.97 pass at 107.62 with a 1.91 60ft. on rsa street tires. Car has been running 13.00s past 2 weeks so it was cool to see a 12 sec. pass even if it just barely made it. Going back down sat. morning with my buddies nittos to see if i can launch a little harder and do it again. Car only has a lid and a holley powershot filter, once again very happy with how these ls1's perform with minimal mods. Guess the real fun will start next spring when the bolt ons begin.

I had my street tires on and didnt warm them up enough. Was sliding all the way to the 330 line. But got a 14.8 @ 104 mph. haha. Did u just get that red z. Cause i seen one with the temp tags on it in the pits before?

Thanx guys, yea SheaMus I just bought it in october and was down there with the temp tags right after. I left at 1:00 yesterday so i did miss ya. The track was cold yesterday but the bite wasnt too bad for us street cars. Some of the more powerful race cars had a little trouble getting traction though.

Just noticed this thread. Did I see you at atco on that test and tune day? Talk about getting alot of runs in in the morning. I've never had that many runs in one day before.

nice, I ran a 12.97 @ 111.6 last night w/ a 2.20 60ft. Just regular street tires, and a slipping *** stock clutch. The spec 3 didnt work out too well, gotta get it warrantied.

At least the stock pp can handle up to what power I am putting down. A spec 3 pp couldnt handle it ON THE STREET.
