I made it finally... Well, I finally made it in here officially with you guys in the 12's. First off I'll tell you how I made it.
bone stock 99Z28 4a w/3.23 gears

slp lid/k&n filter/tb bypass/ft swaybar removed - $140

cutout/nittos - $400
13.20/106
ported tb/slp bellow/slp coldair/160 tstat - $200
13.10/106
then better weather
13.04/106
removed rear seats/good weather

The slip looked like this
r/t -- .127
60' -- 1.981
330 -- 5.498
1/8 -- 8.368
mph -- 86.25
1000 - 10.844
1/4 -- 12.947
mph -- 107.42
I wanted to get in the 12's before I did anything else to it. My next mods are Hooker LT's & ORY, Magnaflow cb, ASP pulley and tuning. I've already got everything but the tuning in my garage waiting. After that, I'll look at a converter/gears maybe by the end of the year. Thanks for all the help LS1tech!!

I've already got the headers/cb though. 
I really need some suspension too. I also really need to hit the lottery or rob a bank cause this stuff is starting to add up
