Default Kind Of In The Twelves!!!!

Ok i'm not really in the twelves, but i live at 4200 ft.
My car is a 2002 b4c camaro, completly stock it ran 13.65 @ 104.5mph
first mod, free ram air according to install university = 13.55 @ 106mph
2nd mod, coolant bypass = no noticable gain
3rd mod, delete air conditioning belt = 13.47 @ 106mph
4th mod, nitto tires = 13.40 @ 106mph
5th mod, ls1 motorsports lid smooth bellows and granatelli maf = 13.25 @ 109mph.
Each one of the mods I averaged three passes to get the #'s.
So does anyone have any more good free or cheap mods for me to try, my goal is high twelves here, "in Montana". in the past my other cars that ran low thirteens here ran well into the twelves at sea level.
PLEASE HELP!!!

definatly a cut out, if you arn't gona get headers, a k&n air filter. that should get you close and that shouldnt cost you much over $100. if you have more to spend look into getting a ring and pinion (3.73 if your an A4, 4.10 if your an M6) that along with your DR's should difinatly put you in the high 12's

Deleting the air conditioning belt doesn't help. The only thing that would help with the a/c system is if you remove the whole thing(weight reduction). The a/c system is set up so the when the system is off(a/c and defrost), the a/c pully spins freely with no resistance. You already have the LS6 intake, so your getting good air with what you have done. You just need to open up the exhaust. LT's would really help, and you can get high flow cats or O2 sims if your worried obout the O2 sensors. A cutout would work good if your not planning on doing much else to the exhaust for now.

You dont have to have O2 sims, i dont just get your car tuned and have them delete the codes. Oh if its an auto get a stall.
