12.3 @ 118mph was my best time.. that was with no launch at all cause i don't wanna flatbed my car home. i have a 9" rear but for some reason i have nightmares about busting the imput shaft on the trans....

T56's have a pretty strong input shaft. There's a local guy that has a 12 bolt and slicks and in a full weighted car drops the hammer all the time. Hell my 10 splined toothpick input shaft withstands 7000 rpm launches. You also could always preload the tranny to lower the hit on the shaft too. I used to do on when I was on DR's.
