Hey everyone I'm new to the site and don't want to step on anyones toes but I saw this forum and thought I would post here because my best time in my car is a 12.09@115 at Southwestern International Raceway here in my home town of Tucson. I'm not looking for a title or anything but I just figured I'd post in here. In case anyone cares I have a 94 Z28 with a LT4 hotcam bored .030 over mild P&P on stock heads 1.6 RR and all the other complimenting parts. I just bought a N20 set up and this Dec. I'm getting the LE3 package so I'm hoping to be posting in the 11 or maybe even the 10 sec club by then.
I just got to ask whatelse have you got done to the car??? Were you on slicks??? Spraying N2O??? Just a question cause if you are telling me that a 94 LT1 ran a 12.0 with a simple cam acually a small cam, light P&P and a fresh motor then I am not only thoughly impressed but shocked cause I dont see the LT1 guys break that kind of barrier until some serious engine work is done with slicks and all. Nicely done!
