12.9-ish guys...

what are your 1/8th et's and mph's like? 1/4 mile tracks are along way and im wondering how much faster i have to go to break 12's. ive been 8.49 @ 86.31 (2.08 60') with a lid and cutout only on street tires. next run i dead hooked and broke the driveshaft...just wondering when i can hit 12's...

you broke the driveshaft on street tires??? sounds like it was about to break anyways or something... but as far as your question i think you are really close, most of the 12.9ish people i have seen have been in the 8.3-4ish region

I went 12.85@111 with a 1.9 60 ft and a 1/8 time of 8.366@87.09 on street tires...hope this helps some

yeah, i broke the driveshaft on street tires...heres the link to my post about it . i know im pretty close, but the closest track (san angelo) is an hour away and its a shitty track, then ennis (south of dallas) is 2.5 hrs away. i could hit HRP up (houston), but when im down there im always visiting family so its hard to get away...i saw on the database on here that im close, but nothing that says somebody ran my 1/8th time at 12.XX @ 10X.XX . 1/8 to 1/4 mile calcs give me 13.3 @ 107 based on et's, but 12.48 based on mph. i know i cant exactly split the middle of those two, but i figure i gotta be close. i was just wondering if i could narrow it down some in here...thanks for the help so far...

Im hitting 8.41's at 87.6 mph and everyone at my 8th mile track has told me its a 12.9....so your prob right at 13.0-13.1 assuming im in the 12's....

i ran an 8.11 in the 1/8th with s 1.6 60ft, i should be in the 12s, my trans is holding me back...

edit: oops i mean 1.7 60ft...
