help!!!!

Im thinking of buying a big block off of craigslist, they say its been sonic tested, its bored 125 over! and its running 14:1 pistons...

question...does this sound safe to anybody?? please give feedback/

Not sure if thats even possable...you would have some serious overheating problems.
