12.9 at 114mph

Ok, I have kept looking in my room for the timeslip from the dragstrip that day. I remember the mph being high and I still believe it was 114. We were running the car at Coastal Plains Dragway in Jacksonville, NC. I will continue to search my stuff for the timeslip but I just finished having all my stuff moved to Korea so bear with me. I realize that 114 is high but I wasn't in the car I let my buddy Geoff run the car and he pulled it off. I didn't gloat about it or anything I was just happy it broke into the 12's that day. I really am not that concerned with the MPH. The only thing that was removed out of the car that day was the spare tire and the Air filter. I am not trying to trash talk on this forum I just posted up what it made the last days before I left. I will get back to you guys when I find it and hopefully clear up the issue...

That is unbelievable. No seriously, I don't believe it.
I have a buddy with full bolt ons, 4000 stall and a 228/232 111 lsa cam that only traps around 113. There is NO WAY your car traps 114. 104 will likely be a lot closer to the truth.

Although rare... You might be right... That one pass was the only one that broke 106mph so maybe I will double check it if I manage to find it. I think I left it in my car back home. I will just come to the conclusion that she didn't make 114mph as you guys are the more experienced ls1 crowd so we will see what she does when I get back home. Sorry for the confusion but apparently you guys are right. As I said I am not concerned with the MPH I was just happy she broke into the 12's that day.

Your MPH was that high because you spun a lot
damn...you need to get your 60' down, youve got mid to low 12s relying on it.
Ive consistantly trapped high 12's and low 13's all day at coastal plains in jacksonville when my car was intake and exhaust trapping 109-110. Maybe there machine is a little off
