HPTuners MPVI standard vs professional i'm on the website right now ready to order. what's the difference. i've looked just about everywhere and can't find an explanation on their site.

Watch the amount of other resource-hogging
apps you have on the laptop. When I was using
an older 266MHz machine I had that thing bare
of all but the essential programs, nothing on the
taskbar / quick start and so on. A lot of modern
apps are "greedy" especially things that like to
stay resident like drag-and-drop CD file managers,
anti-virus programs, etc.

yeah, i went into my taskmanager and started shutting things down, it picked up. this is an old laptop and it's just temporary. i have a new one on order. should be here around the first week of december. one of those dell XPS dual 1.86 processor thingies.
