Post your 96-97 SS/WS6 PICS!!!!
My brother is trying to decide what he wants as his next vehicle purchase. He has narrowed it down to 3 choices: 96-98 Cobra, 96-97 SS/WS6, or just buy a cheap S10 and drop a V8 into it. Hes split down the middle with the LT1 and the Cobra. He loves them both as far as looks, performance, and sound. I personally would like to see him get an SS, because they are pretty rare, and it would be cool if we both had one. Anyways, post up some pics for him please!

Mustangs: Boring and slow compared to us. Stock for Stock, unless it's a manual vs manual and the F-Body guy can't drive, the F-Body will always win. (Note: That's exclusing Cobras, Saleen and SVT models lol)
Now I've done three things: Owned Firebird (love em), been part of multiple S-10 V8 projects (love them too! even did a 468 BBC in an S-10 about 10 years back), and we kinda did a Mustang.... >_> It had a 350 and a TH350 in it lol Thing went liek a bat out of hell!!! Somehow my friend had 52cc heads laying around in his garage we used, that PROBABLY upped the compresion a fair amount
Verdict: Any Firebird V8 he'll be happy with. Buying TRUE WS6 will cost you some BIG coin in the LT1 years, and about $5-7K more in LS1 years. With that said, you can always clone one and enjoy it all the same.
