how to measure wheel offset?

i have a 96 LT1 impala SS that i want to buy 19" wheels (rims) for it. i liked the silver Enkei LS-5 wheels, i want to put 19" X 8.5" front and 19" X 12" rear, 255/35ZR19 tires front and 325/35ZR19 tires rear.

i want before i order the wheels to know how to measure the wheel offset of wheels of the 96 LT1 impala SS?

what is the method used to measure the offset of the wheel? and what are the tools i will need to measure the wheels offset?
