Main cap "ears" porous?

Main cap "ears" porous? I was cleaning the side holes (cross bolts) in the ears of the main caps to clear them of oil. Hit them with brake cleaner then blew some compressed air into the tapped holes. Low and behold oil started appearing on the surface of the ears. I covered the holes with my fingers to try and seal them around the air nozzle and there were tons of tiny oil bubbles appearing again on the surface of the ears of the caps. I know the 10mm bolts call for replacment and have a sealant applied when new (much like the GM head bolts). Reason is they will leak. There is no doubt the ears of these caps are porous just wondering if it's normal?

This is nothing to be corcerned with and is normal? Basically looking to put myself at ease and be told it's normal. Building an N/A application here .
Yeah, it's normal. Usually when you torque the main caps down on a used block, oil will seep from the ears. I have seen it dozens of times, but always with studs. I don't know if stock bolts would cause the same thing or not.
