Default restriction or high velocity?

The basics of my build=
04 GTO
404 forged stroker 6.0 iron block with 4" crank
H beam rods
Dished pistons with valve reliefs for a total of -12cc
Ported/ milled 241s 61cc chambers
Ported/ port matched Edelbock Proflo XT intake
FAST 90mm tb
60lb injectors
238/242 .595/.595 112 lsa cam rated for 3,000-7,000 rpm
Built a4 with 3,800 stall
I used a head cut out as a pattern to hog out as much material out of the 241s as I could, runners, and bowls have had LOTS of work, trimed back, knife edged the guides, blended everything.
On the intake I hogged out the runners from the plentium to the head and port matched.

Still running the stock valves with 5 angle valve job.

Here is my question. So right now are the heads helping because of added velocity into the chamber, or are they a big restriction to airflow and choking out potential power?

I ported everything myself and have no flow numbers, just fired up the setup the other day and ran it upto about 5,000 rpms during base tuning and at that point already seeing VE upto 104% with atleast 2,000 rpms more to go.
Are these heads holding me back and if so, how much power can be gained with different heads
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Trying to decide of a good set of aftermarket heads will be in my future and if so recomendations
