Default Remote turbo/nitrous Trans Am

I recently bought a remote mount turbo/150 shot '01 Trans Am. It has the stock Ls1/rebuilt 4L60E @9.5#s upgraded fuel system, and intake, just shy of 500whp/tq. Long story short i believe i blew a head gasket or the rings are done. As much as I don't want to make it a budget build I'd like to keep price in mind. What would be the best bang for your buck 383 stroker kit, and as I've been reading there's no cam out there for both nitrous/turbo applications, is that correct? If so what's the best turbo cam out there for a 383 stroker kit running 317 heads (trying to be around 9.5 compression). My goal is 700whp, should be enough to keep up with my buddies cars. SORRY if I post this in the wrong area I haven't got a hand of the website yet. Thank you in advance everyone

Do yourself a favor- There are two vendors/sponsors of this site that can do you a lot of good. Call WS6Store for a good deal on engine parts of all kinds, and then call Cam Motion to spec a cam for your application. There are others that can do the above, but these are good starting points.

Default NOS Control with a Turbo

Hi Z-28, I would like you to answer a few questions.
#1 Dry/WET NOS ?
#2 NOS for turbo spooling OR WOT ?
#3 Block Strength, do you have the "breathing" hole between the Main/Cam Tunnel ? (early block)

Many here will help, as for the camshaft a LS-7 "take out" would work very well.
Valve spring seat pressure, with a turbo, should be raised over OEM LS-1 forces.

I can offer a Forged 4.0" crankshaft, Forged Rods, Forged Pistons with Steel Rings including balance of 1850 BW for $1850.00 FOB.

I have all the other items, such as Studs, King Bearings, Timing Set, Oil Pump, AND Tech Support.

You may also call for Tech Question answers with NO purchase required.

I would like to know the Boost Pressure ?
