Searching for idle

Searching for idle Car has started to have an up and down idle at stops. It can not seem to find a steady idle. I have a air fuel ratio meter and it fluctuates between yellow and red (yellow is nominal and red is lean) doesn't ever get into the green area. I pulled the o2 sensors and the left was whitish brown and the right o2 was a darker brownish red. What do you guys think. I tried to reset the computer and make it relearn itself to no avail. Thanks for the help.

my idle only hunts when its lean
it happens at night when everything is on and voltage drops, with fuel pressure dropping also.
until I can get my charging system ironed out, I just add a little fuel around my idle tables.
I watched my wideband and it only happens leaner than 13.5:1
as soon as I cut the fans off the A/F goes back to 13:1 and idle smoothes out
of course I dont use an IAC so I couldnt say if this may be part of your problem
