Yes, SCR would determine the volume available at TDC.

The question now; what has more potential for power?


560 cc of charge into 65cc of volume (~8.6:1 DCR)

or,

545 cc of charge into 60cc of volume? (~9.0:1 DCR)

Please dont think it is that simple. thermo effiecency doesn't carry the majority of the weight by any means.
